The Role:
- Build and run core people processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance management, career growth, and employee recognition.
- Own the implementation of Rippling HRIS, configuring job architecture, workflows, and system setup.
- Use AI tools to optimize and streamline HR processes while maintaining compliant tracking and documentation.
What Success Looks Like:
- Hand-on executor who thrives running processes, not just designing them.
- Comfortable using modern HR tools and AI-powered tools for faster, more scalable people processes.
- Credible partnering with managers on performance conversations and configuring HRIS workflows.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of HR/HRBP experience at a growth-stage company.
- Hands-on HRIS implementation experience with Rippling or comparable.
- Experience running performance review, merit, or calibration cycles and building career pathing frameworks.
