Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HRIS implementation projects from planning through post-go-live support.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience with at least one full-cycle HRIS implementation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Skills:
- HRIS implementation and configuration, project planning, data migration, UAT, and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
