Responsibilities:
- Build and own Rumble’s Detroit advertising business.
- Define and execute regional and vertical go-to-market strategy.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Creator, and Partnerships teams.
Leadership & Team Building:
- Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent.
- Act as a player-coach, balancing individual contribution with team leadership.
- Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships.
- Deep network across Detroit-based OEMs, agencies, dealer groups, and automotive decision-makers.
