- Coordinate fixes with Product Managers, guiding internal teams on external partner limitations.
- Maintain internal and customer documentation.
Who You Are:
- Have a general knowledge of programming languages.
- Possess strong communication skills to explain technical issues.
- Have experience using ticketing systems like Jira or Salesforce.
