As an xDR, you'll be the initial contact for potential clients, building relationships and pinpointing their needs to identify sales-qualified opportunities. This role supports marketing through inbound lead follow-up, buyer persona understanding, and personalized outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn. You'll persuade prospects to meet with Account Executives, qualify opportunities, and route them accordingly, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove, and Salesforce. Close collaboration with xDRs, Senior Sales Executives, and Marketing is key to refining our messaging.
