Hyperscaler Operations Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Establish and improve end-to-end marketplace operational processes, including private offer management and third-party integrations.
• Own operational execution of hyperscaler funding initiatives like SCA, MPOPP, and MCCP, including milestone tracking and claim workflows.
• Serve as the escalation point for marketplace and funding operations, resolving complex issues across systems and stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring:

• 6+ years of experience in cloud marketplace operations with direct ownership of hyperscaler workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Tackle.io and Salesforce CRM, including partner objects and opportunity management.
• Deep familiarity with AWS and GCP marketplace mechanics, co-sell operations, and funding initiatives.
