Hyperscaler Operations Manager

Accountabilities:

• Lead operational strategy and execution of hyperscaler marketplace programs across AWS and GCP, including private offers, funding, and co-sell operations.
• Own and improve end-to-end operational processes to ensure scalability, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and increase operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in cloud marketplace operations with direct ownership of hyperscaler programs and operational workflows.
• Strong expertise with AWS and GCP marketplace ecosystems, including private offers, CPPO/MCPO models, co-sell programs, and funding operations.
• Proven ability to design, document, and optimize complex operational processes across distributed teams.
