People Operations Generalist

The People Operations Generalist will act as the subject matter expert for compensation and benefits, serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries. This role includes managing benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, S/LTD) & other total rewards, compensation analysis & management in Payscale's PayFactors platform, payroll reviewing, HR systems maintenance, onboarding, offboarding, and leaves of absence. The role involves building a job description library, participating in health benefits open enrollment, and contributing to compensation analysis processes. Extended periods of focused, seated computer work – approximately 8 hours a day are to be expected.
