New Talent Lead

As an integral part of the People and Talent team, you will help create, and then drive the delivery of our Talent strategy at pawaPay as we continue to scale. You will work hand-in-hand with our leaders to bring A-players into the company, from crafting sourcing strategies to building a strong pipeline and exciting top-tier talent who align with our pawaPay mission. You will build deep partnerships with our managers to positively influence the hiring process and ensure a smooth transition to successful candidates’ onboarding journey. You will immerse yourself in the mission, product, and growth plans so you can anticipate talent needs and spot opportunities early. You will build creative sourcing strategies, engage passive talent, and tell our story in a way that gets people excited to join us. You will leverage our ATS and use the right tools to streamline hiring, track engagement, and create a smooth, human candidate journey from hello to offer.
