Our SAAS client is seeking a Senior G&A Recruiter for a remote, six-month contract, with the potential for extension or full-time conversion. This role involves leading full-cycle recruitment processes for General & Administrative roles across the company. Responsibilities include developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and creating effective job descriptions. The recruiter will also conduct initial screenings, interviews, manage the ATS, ensure a positive candidate experience, and assist with job offer negotiations. Qualifications include 6-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A roles, a proven track record of successful hires, and proficiency in sourcing techniques.
