About the Role:
- Lead the development and management of the bank's sponsorship product offering for fintechs and partners.
- Own the Visa and Mastercard issuing product stack across debit, prepaid, and credit use cases.
- Ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and a partner-centric experience.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation addressing compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive revenue growth by creating new solutions and expanding existing product usage.
- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical implementation.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of prior industry experience with prepaid and/or deposit products.
- Strong written and verbal communication, project and time management, and leadership skills.
