Your Responsibilities:
- Lead a small QA team and own how it works day to day.
- Build and maintain test plans across builds.
- Manage bug classification and release gates.
The QA Process:
- Design test plans for full, quick, performance, and localization testing.
- Define bug severity and probability models.
- Ensure QA validates fixes and reports readiness.
