Key Responsibilities:
- Review veterinary medical records and policy information to evaluate claim eligibility.
- Communicate with pet owners, veterinary professionals, and internal teams regarding claim decisions.
- Investigate complex claim scenarios and maintain accurate records within multiple systems.
Qualifications:
- Professional fluency in English, German, and French required.
- 2+ years experience in veterinary, animal health, or pet insurance environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
