About the Role:
- Act as the bridge between Tailscale's technical capabilities and the needs of strategic customers.
- Report directly to Zach Buchheit, Team Lead, Customer Success Engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and provide training and resources for long-term success.
- Diagnose and resolve issues, assist with configuration, and drive customer success.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and guides.
