Job Description
The Grant Manager serves on the Development Team, reports to Senior Operations Manager and works to support the fundraising goals on behalf of CodePath. The Grant Manager will be responsible for researching, identifying and qualifying funding opportunities, writing compelling grant proposals that align with funder priorities, and producing detailed grant reports that demonstrate impact and compliance with funder requirements. In this role, you will develop narratives that position CodePath as the definitive systems change leader transforming America's AI-native technical talent pipeline. This requires translating our organizational vision into strategic grant proposals and identifying emerging grant funding opportunities that advance our mission at scale.
