About the Role:
- You will support and guide collision repair facilities through onboarding, operational optimization, and long-term performance improvement.
- You will work closely with repair centres and internal teams to ensure seamless integration into established systems and processes.
- This role combines industry expertise, coaching, and operational consulting to help facilities improve productivity and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process for new partner locations, ensuring successful integration into operational systems and performance expectations.
- Assess shop operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, repair quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and operational guidance to facilities during onboarding and stabilization phases.
