Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager (m/w/d) to strengthen our Food & Beverage team in the Moulded Glass Business Unit. Do you have initial professional experience in sales, ideally in the packaging industry, and would like to develop your professional and strategic skills? Then we look forward to getting to know you. Your tasks include: Support and further development of (inter)national existing customers as well as targeted approach of potential new customers in the food and beverage industry Solution-oriented cooperation with B2B customers – from the preparation of offers to contract preparation and on-time order processing Establishing and maintaining long-term, reliable customer relationships through personal contact and professional advice Participation in the development of new products and in the clarification of technical and qualitative requirements Support for strategic and operational sales planning as well as the implementation of sales and budget targets Analysis of sales key figures and derivation of suitable measures for the further development of the customer portfolio Active participation in projects for portfolio and product development based on market and customer needs Close cooperation with internal and external interfaces such as technology, production, logistics and quality
