Supervisor, Accounts Payable

Leadership & Team Development:

• Lead, coach, and develop the Accounts Payable team through regular feedback, training, and one-on-one meetings.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and service excellence.
• Monitor workload distribution and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality.

Accounts Payable Operations & Compliance:

• Oversee timely, accurate invoice and payment processing, including approvals and issue resolution.
• Ensure vendor master data, W9/W8 forms, and annual 1099 reporting are accurately maintained.
• Manage the corporate credit card program, including cardholder setup and compliance.

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Support:

• Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and serve as an escalation point for complex AP inquiries.
• Support acquisitions, integrations, and process transitions by understanding company operations.
• Drive operational excellence and business objectives through effective partnership.

Process Improvement & Controls:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to optimize Accounts Payable processes.
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics to drive operational effectiveness.
