Job Description

Promin.agency is seeking a Sales Team Lead to build and scale the sales function from scratch, take sales to the next level, and form a full-fledged team. The Sales Team Lead will develop and implement a commercial strategy for entering European markets, the US/Canada, and other English-speaking countries. This role involves conducting competitor analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and managing outbound communications across various channels. An individual in this role will define ICP and target company lists, build personalized ABM campaigns, and collaborate with marketing to optimize content and lead generation efforts.

The Sales Team Lead will create a transparent and effective sales workflow, including CRM management, funnel stages, metrics, and reporting and be responsible for recruiting and managing a team. They will also adapt the sales proposition for different markets, analyze new geographies, and work closely with the CEO on budgeting, forecasting, and key performance indicator monitoring.
