Talent Acquisition Associate

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you'll be instrumental in supporting the full recruiting lifecycle, from initial outreach to closing top talent. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth into a full-cycle recruiter position. Daily responsibilities include conducting high-volume virtual intake calls, collecting and recording candidate data in our CRM/ATS, and explaining open opportunities while assessing qualifications, interest, and availability. You will also guide candidates through next steps, collaborate with recruiters, and track performance metrics to improve recruiting operations. Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer stage, working in PST working hours.
