Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive, Outside Sales to make a real impact every day by enriching customersβ experiences. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will develop and maintain relationships with small to medium sized business owners, work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in various departments to onboard new business. Furthermore, you will manage your pipeline and day to day tasks/appointments using Salesforce, and prepare presentations and proposals utilizing Xplor Payβs electronic applications. Closing sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements is essential.
The position offers lifetime residuals, W2 status, activation bonuses paid weekly and residuals paid monthly, unsurpassed monthly/quarterly bonus programs, Presidents Club Incentive Trip and Annual Sales Conference, access to mental health support and fully flexible remote work arrangements. Compensation is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component. We are looking for candidates with 2 years of B2B outside sales experience with a valid driver's license, auto insurance and ability to self-source leads.
