About the Role:
- The Vice President of Member Services leads the global team that members and providers rely on for benefits, claims, and care.
- This builder-operator role shapes client retention, member trust, and long-term business success.
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Lead a global service organization across US and international sites, onsite and remote.
- Manage workforce strategy, capacity planning, and site strategy while developing leaders and building succession depth.
- Own service performance, client SLAs, and the Member Services budget, reporting trends and corrective actions to executives and clients.
Who You Are:
- You bring 12+ years of service operations or contact center leadership experience, including multi-site and global teams.
- You have expertise in workforce management, quality assurance, data analysis, automation, and AI-enabled service tools.
- You excel at building transformation roadmaps and delivering measurable results against contractual SLAs.
