Job Description

Be the foundational architect of Cohere’s EMEA sales development engine. You’ll own pipeline generation for enterprise accounts while designing the systems that will scale our SDR function. This role offers unparalleled impact: drive revenue for a cutting-edge AI company, collaborate with top-tier AEs, and write the playbook for the EMEA sales development team as we grow. Consistently hit/exceed quarterly targets through strategic cold outreach to executive buyers in EMEA. Partner with Account Executives to align on ICPs, refine messaging, and ensure seamless lead handoffs. Optimize Outreach, build scalable systems, adapt tactics for EMEA focus markets and track KPIs.
