Director of Operations

The Director of Operations is responsible for managing all operations excellence and support initiatives within their assigned region at Little Caesars. This involves working collaboratively with various departments, including training, development, and sales analysis. Key responsibilities include supervising franchise business consultants, fostering relationships with franchisees, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, store count, and resource allocation. The director will also hire and train the field team, communicate policy changes, ensure quality standards are met, and provide leadership to achieve operational excellence. The role requires travel within the region and to North America to oversee restaurant operations, conduct business reviews, and ensure compliance with company standards. The individual will analyze data, implement new products, and provide input into budget planning, offering guidance to franchisees.
