Responsibilities:
- Support research on misuse of Turnitin products and take appropriate action.
- Analyze misuse reports daily to identify patterns and unauthorized activities.
- Assist in projects to improve identification of misuse cases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- 3+ years in a successful customer care role.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
