Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize Customer Experience platforms, including Zendesk and AWS Connect, ensuring smooth operations and up-to-date workflows.
  • Drive the generative AI and automation roadmap, configuring AI solutions to reduce tickets and improve self-service.
  • Provide technical support for internal CX platform users and partner with vendors for advanced issues.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience as an Administrator of Zendesk, with strong understanding of AI tools in technical support.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, data analytics with Zendesk Explore and Excel/Google Sheets, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
