Handle daily provider and coach assignments based on licensure and operational needs.
Monitor care team panels for coverage gaps and adjust for new hires, attrition, and PTO.
Respond to provider and coach requests and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve queries.

Process Improvement & Quality Assurance:

Identify operational inefficiencies through data analysis and recommend improvements.
Use AI tools like Claude to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Maintain data accuracy while meeting turnaround-time expectations.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:

Serve as liaison between clinical delivery, practice management, and technical teams.
Collaborate with Salesforce and integration teams on assignment-related projects.
Provide regular updates to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Reporting & Analytics:

Generate and maintain reports on assignment status, panel balance, and coverage gaps.
Track key metrics like time-to-assignment and reassignment volume.
Build dashboards and flag trends or anomalies for team review.
