Key Responsibilities:
- Review provider documentation in Epic to ensure accurate coding of professional services.
- Assign CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes, and initiate documentation queries as needed.
- Maintain 95% coding accuracy while meeting productivity of 8-15 codes per hour.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of professional fee coding experience, plus current CPC certification.
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and Epic proficiency required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
