Job Description

The Solar Sales Director – Americas is a pivotal senior leadership position that leads a high-performing commercial team across North and Latin America. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth, increasing market share, and ensuring long-term customer retention by delivering tailored, high-impact solutions for the utility-scale solar market. Collaborating across global teams and functions, the Sales Director plays a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and operational excellence, powered by the Veralto Enterprise System (VES). This position requires 10+ years of progressive commercial experience with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles. Experience in utility-scale solar or renewable energy markets is strongly preferred. The candidate must be skilled in CRM-based funnel management, value-selling, and customer journey optimization. This role requires willingness to travel up to 50% across North and Latin America.
