University Recruitment Analyst (Fresh Graduate & Intern Hiring)

Visa’s Early Careers Talent Acquisition team is seeking an Analyst to join their recruiting team. The analyst will perform full-lifecycle recruiting and early career program management, while being a strategic partner in support of Visa’s business functions. Candidates should be seasoned recruiting/HR professionals capable of leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for intern and new college graduate roles for a wide range of Visa business units, and should be consultative with an ability to align TA delivery with HR and business strategy and needs. Responsibilities include advising hiring teams, implementing recruitment campaigns, partnering with cross-functional teams, sourcing and screening applicants, and driving a best-in-class recruitment process. The individual will also manage early career programs, participate in special projects, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Travel and after-hours commitment to campus events may be required 10-15% of the time.
