Job Description
Gong is looking for a seasoned GTM Recruiting Leader to scale their US based recruiting team in support of their global Go-To-Market organization. This is a highly visible and strategic leadership role reporting directly to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, Kelsey Biggs, and partnering closely with their Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Shane Evans, and Revenue stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring strategy, execution, and excellence across a distributed team of ~15 recruiters and managers. The candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping their talent acquisition strategy, fostering operational rigor, and building inclusive hiring practices at scale.
