Responsibilities:
- Drive client value by managing relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Lead end-to-end onboarding, configuration, and testing across a portfolio of clients.
- Manage project expectations, risks, and escalations with strong organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of client onboarding and project management experience, ideally in digital health.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills across technical and executive audiences.
- Proficiency with Google apps, PM tools like Monday.com and MS Project.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $145,000-$160,000 USD.
- Unlimited vacation, 16 weeks paid parental leave for delivering parents, and 8 weeks for non-delivering parents.
