About the Role:
- As the Client Growth & Success Operations Associate, you'll own the operational backbone for a key health plan partnership.
- You'll ensure accurate data, recurring reporting, and lifecycle tracking across systems and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operational processes, trackers, and documentation for the health plan partnership.
- Coordinate reporting and renewal processes, maintaining source-of-truth records.
- Drive cross-functional coordination and streamline operations for efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in client success operations, program coordination, or related fields.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and project management tools is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range $95,000 - $105,000 annually.
- Unlimited vacation, 16 weeks paid parental leave for delivering parents, 8 weeks for non-delivering parents.
