Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, clarify, and document functional requirements.
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules to address business processes and organizational requirements.
- Participate in Oracle Cloud implementation and upgrade projects across planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Requirements:
- Experience or academic exposure relevant to functional consulting, enterprise applications, human capital management, business analysis, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM and its core functional concepts is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate functional issues and develop practical solutions.
