Purpose:

  • Support the implementation of Oxfam America's Brand & Engagement strategy through volunteer-powered engagement experiences.
  • Ensure strong delivery, consistency, and quality of volunteer-facing programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update Oxfam Hunger Banquet toolkits and training materials.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for hosts and facilitators, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with organizing, events, and partnerships teams to integrate volunteers into brand initiatives.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • 3-5 years in volunteer coordination, community engagement, or brand activation.
  • 2+ years project management experience with cross-department coordination.
  • Proficiency in digital tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft suite.

Work Expectations:

  • Occasional evening, weekend, and domestic travel required.
  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and social justice values.
