Partner closely with department leaders to understand their business needs and provide strategic HR guidance tailored to their context; Serve as the primary HR advisor for managers, coaching them on people-related matters such as team structure, talent development, engagement, and performance; Drive and continuously improve onboarding and adaptation experiences, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into their specific team environments; Lead performance management and career development processes that reflect the unique pace and needs of each department; Address employee relations matters with sensitivity and sound judgment, maintaining trust and a constructive team atmosphere; Initiate and lead projects that increase employee engagement, team cohesion, and satisfaction within assigned departments; Use HR data and feedback loops to support managers in making informed decisions about their teams.
