About the Role:
- Lead customer adoption, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization for radiology AI products.
- Act as a trusted workflow consultant to clinical and operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive training, template configuration, and adoption strategies that align with customer-specific radiology workflows.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and bring customer feedback to the roadmap.
- Support sales with clinical workflow expertise during prospect assessments.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience with radiology, PACS, or dictation systems.
- Strong relationship management, training, and technical communication skills.
- Experience with SaaS implementations and healthcare IT standards like HL7 or FHIR is a plus.
