The Sales Training Specialist will own the creation and delivery of training programs for our AutoCheck product and be the primary source of product training across sales channels—providing our internal sales teams, strategic partners, and third-party sellers with the tools they need to sell effectively. This role involves developing all training content, ensuring consistency and clarity, and aligning with product capabilities and sales strategies.
Key responsibilities include independently designing and maintaining training materials, delivering engaging training sessions, and maintaining a consistent training schedule. This position requires a background in automotive and B2B SaaS products, excellent facilitation skills, and proficiency with training content creation tools.
