Serve as a key People Technology partner supporting system enhancements, process improvements, and cross-system integrations. Lead or support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of HR systems including Workday, Greenhouse, and CultureAmp. Apply an AI-first approach to identify opportunities for automation, improved data accuracy, and enhanced user experience. Drive integration and data flow between platforms to ensure consistency, compliance, and reliability. Partner with HR teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
Assist in mapping and delivering a future-state employee journey that supports growth and operational efficiency. Implement SDLC best practices including support testing, documentation, release planning, and training as systems evolve. Monitor system performance, triage issues, and manage vendor escalations when needed. Stay current on platform updates, emerging technologies, and best practices in HR systems.
