-Serve as the primary contact for designated SMB accounts, ensuring Atlassian's presence and support.
-Craft and execute territory plans that maximize product expansion and ensure customer success.
-Establish strategic relationships with customers, aligning Atlassian's value proposition with their challenges and needs.
Sales Operations:
-Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, enabling data-driven decision-making.
-Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, maintaining a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
-Demonstrate experience in outbound sales, meeting and exceeding performance targets.
-Showcase proficiency in building and leading territory and strategic account plans.
-Comfortable in fast paced environment.
