Senior Recruiter, Research

Recruiting Responsibilities:

• Own recruiting for Researcher, Program Officer, and Senior roles.
• Improve the assessment process and candidate experience.
• Source, screen, and close offers effectively.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Use data to identify effective sourcing channels.
• Track data and run analysis to make evidence-based decisions.
• Build data architecture to answer important questions.

Hiring Process Improvement:

• Identify ways to improve the hiring process.
• Run experiments on hiring processes (randomization, A/B testing).
• Ensure alignment on qualities and avoid losing promising candidates.

Team and Collaboration:

• Partner closely with the Research Program Director.
• Collaborate with People and Research teams on sourcing and evaluation.
• Attend research team meetings and build 1:1 relationships.
