Commercial Counsel

You will draft, review, and negotiate enterprise customer contracts, including SaaS, licensing, and service agreements, to drive deal velocity and meet legal and business objectives. You'll drive strategic impact by ensuring deals move smoothly from negotiation to signature. Additionally, you'll design AI-powered enterprise negotiation playbooks, building and maintaining playbooks that leverage automation and AI to provide guidelines for Sales teams, enabling them to negotiate terms with greater autonomy and speed. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain AI automation-powered contracting processes, enhancing inbound and outbound contract workflows using Zapier and other tools. You'll collaborate across functions, aligning with Procurement, Sales, and other teams to mitigate risk and streamline review. Finally, you'll champion AI transformation in legal work, helping Zapier’s Legal team become a model for how modern in-house counsel can operate.
