Job Description
As the Director, People Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted partner to our India-based engineering team. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to design and deliver people strategies that support business growth, leadership effectiveness, and an engaging employee experience. You'll partner directly with the People team and their respective leadership teams to design and implement value-led talent strategies that help achieve business goals. You will also lead workforce planning, talent strategy, and change initiatives to support HighLevel’s rapid scaling. In this role, you will act as a champion for company culture, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
