As the VP of Sales, you will be a critical member of the leadership team, responsible for optimizing and scaling our sales organization. You will define the sales strategy, process, and culture to drive significant revenue growth in the eye care market. This is a hands-on role for a leader who is excited to both build a high-performing team and engage directly with customers to close key deals in a fast-paced startup environment while working closely with the CEO.
You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Also, recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing sales professionals. Design and implement a scalable, repeatable sales process from lead generation to closing. Establish and manage key sales metrics, forecasts, and reporting to provide visibility to the executive team.
