Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM teams.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements and performance expectations.
  • Drive consistent, structured recruiting processes that support equitable and high-quality hiring decisions.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, supporting Sales and/or GTM functions.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying passive talent through multiple channels.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with hiring leaders and influence decision-making.
