Sr Manager Contract Operations Office

The Senior Manager, Contract Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end contract drafting and management process, including statements of work, user agreements, renewals, NDAs, and other related documents. The primary objective is to ensure all contracts are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with established internal processes and approval matrices. This individual serves as a key cross-functional partner, collaborating closely with Sales as well as departments such as Product Management, Consulting, Legal, Implementation, Accounting, and Finance to drive operational excellence and contract compliance. In addition to team leadership, the Senior Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process, focusing on automation, streamlining workflows, and reducing manual efforts—all while maintaining adherence to SLAs. This role collaborates with Product Management, Legal, and Finance to evaluate, revise, and integrate new solutions and enhancements into standard contract templates and quote structures.
