Essential Functions:

  • Organizing schedules and managing appointments for patients.
  • Facilitating communication between the patient and healthcare providers.
  • Monitoring multiple mediums of communication for referral intake.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, social work or related area, or 3 relevant years' experience in healthcare administration.
  • Experience and/or training in trauma-informed care, abortion access, case management, and/or program management a plus.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel and health care administrative software.
