Job Description

Being responsible for the commercial success of the assigned group of local B2B retail partners in Germany (especially those with smaller and medium volumes). Organise sell-in (Primarily virtual, plus trade fairs), business monitoring, identification of new business opportunities and collaboration with customer service and operations for smooth orderbook conversion. Onboarding and training B2B partners on B2B system usage and processes. Leveraging reporting dashboards to make data informed decisions on current business, financials and operational forecasting aligned with overall global objectives. Close collaboration with partners, maintaining a rigorous focus on optimizing sell-through and sell-out performance throughout the year. Administration and Data Management in our CRM system. Close collaboration with the EMEA and Global Sales Enablement team to further improve processes and systems. Contribute to the development of account strategies, formalizing them through Strategic Account Plans that align with the overarching business and brand strategy. Working remotely independent and self-organized (approximately 70% of the total working time). As account support will be predominantly online/virtual support we are flexible as to where this person is based in Germany.
