Job Description

Build and own our recruiting function from the ground up, managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, and laying the foundation for a scalable talent engine. If you’ve built recruiting systems before, thrive in fast-moving companies, and want full ownership, this role is for you. You'll be given significant freedom to shape how we hire, work with leadership across the company, and play a direct role in how the team grows. Own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing for roles across SEO, content, marketing, and operations. Use platforms like LinkedIn, Clay, and other creative channels to find and engage candidates. Set up and maintain our ATS, interview workflows, and recruiting tech stack. Document and improve recruiting workflows, scorecards, and interview processes. Own the candidate experience and lead compensation conversations. Assist with systems for payroll, payments, HR tooling, benefits, and other people-related infrastructure as we grow.
