Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Renewals team and the life cycle process of third-party renewals.
  • Establish clear performance goals and conduct regular meetings and reviews with the team.
  • Maintain accuracy, compliance, and on-time execution within the OEM renewal and order lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Renewal Specialists, Account Executives, Business Operations, and Finance teams.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills with 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in contract renewals or vendor relations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of vendor partner programs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, NetSuite, Power BI, Excel, and MS Office tools.

Work Arrangement:

  • Job duties are performed from the employee's home or another approved remote location.
  • Requires travel 1 or 2 times per year to customer and employee sites as needed.
  • Remote employees must maintain productivity and communication during agreed-upon working hours.
